Edina Sophomore Aldis Inde placed 6th in the Freshman/Sophomore race at the Footlocker Midwest Cross Country Championship. Aldis' time of 16:43 was just 10 seconds off the winning time. The Footlocker Midwest Championship gathers some of the best runners from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Kansas.

You neglected to mention the three minute improvement from last year. It's amazing what hard work, consistency and, you know, not breaking your leg can do to your times.
I left that out to save you the embarrassment.
